i wish i had read all of these reviews before hiring go movers. the guy on the phone (clearly "Max") is a horrible excuse for a human being. in new york city you get used to service people being subpar but this is UNBELIEVABLE. Late, so insanely rude, literally BULLYING us for tips ... I'm waiting for them to drop stuff off right now and I'm dreading what's going to be stolen or broken and whether they're going to be drunk or bully me for money they clearly do not deserve. i will post an update asap.
