I had the misfortune to hire these guys for a cross country move from Virginia to Texas last year. The first thing they did was arrive the day before thanksgiving, with a truck capable of handling half of our household goods. The foreman told me that they had a full size van on it's way up from North Carolina, and that they were going to meet up with that van, offload my items onto that truck, and come back the next day to pick up the remainder. They came back late in the day on the Friday after thanksgiving, loaded my stuff on the same truck, which they'd used the first time. Turns out, they took my stuff to New Jersey, packed most of it on the truck. When they arrived, we noted that quite a bit of our items were missing. we called them, they wouldn't take my calls. We filed for arbitration and were unsuccessful.
these guys are bad news. Should be called Nightmare Express. They quote you a great price, then hit you with a much higher one. I recommend that you do not hire these guys!
