Rather than use a well-known mover, I caved in to persistent phone calls from Great Price and their overture to "try a smaller company". That was a mistake.
They were difficult to schedule, had hidden fees, and tried to spring a new fee on me two days before the move.
The company lost a box and was unresponsive to several emails about the issue XXXthey already had their money, after all.
I will say that the guys who handled our stuff and drove the truck were fine. It was the rest of the company, the people on the phone and email making the decisions, that make this an unreliable company.
