Greater Austin Movers quoted a very appealing $850 move for a 10X20 storage unit from Dallas to Austin. They offer 20% off through their website and advertisements. They take an inventory by phone and charge you immediately for the quoted price. Then, when they arrive and load the truck they add any additional items not on the inventory. Fair enough, I had several small items that were unboxed. Except, their funny math results in 50 extra boxes and $500 additional charge before they will unload the truck. The owner repeatedly asked why I feel I should get a free move. I was very insulted at his accusation. I will never recommend this shady company to anyone.
