Very dissatisfactory move and transaction! Customer service never follows up and makes false promises! My job was very badly handled. Never recommending infinity again! I was overcharged - While the quote was for $1070, I was forced to pay over $1500. Dispatcher threatened to leave my stuff on road if I did not pay wht he charged. Customer service said they will get back to me on the complaint but never got back. They never provided the 30 day free storage they promised but instead charged me $200.
