Our move never even began when we chose Integral Moving. The customer service man, Henry, who we booked with on the phone was polite and convincing, and we turned away several other companies in order to book Integral. However, the driver who showed up at our apartment was rude, 2 1/2 hours late, and didn't even start moving us until after he had smoked two cigarettes outside the front of the building (our doorman alerted us that no, he wasn't in his truck "preparing" or "getting dollies"). When confronted with the fact that he wasn't working while he was on the clock, the driver was argumentative, and long story short, said (with many curses thrown in), that if we wanted to cancel, we should cancel. So we did.
When we called up to complain about our driver, we were told that this had happened before, and that the driver is going to be terminated at the end of the day. We ended up going with another moving company the next day.
