I have actually moved with Interstate before, when I left Phoenix to move to Reno. I had had a very good experience with them, so when it was time to go back to Phoenix I knew there was no need to search around for another company. As I had expected, everything went as well as it had the first time around - unfortunately my previous rep had moved on to new things, but I spoke with someone equally knowledgeable and helpful. They're obviously doing something right because they have such great people working for them. Even a last-minute hitch on my part - two days before my move I realized I had forgotten to include a kitchen table and chairs that a friend was keeping for me in her garage - didn't cause any problems, as I rang my rep as soon as I remembered and she was able to add it to my list. The movers did just as good a job as last time too. I consider myself a committed customer of Interstate Movers.
