Move delayed for 3 days. No accountability or responsibility for services. 800 number goes to voice mail and have to wait up to 24 hours for a response. No one ever followed up with messages I left. I felt totally abandoned and the experience was the most stressful situation I've ever been in. Beware of additional hidden charges added to bill upon delivery. They are only concerned about getting their money without any regard to the customer's situation. Don't hire them!
