My home purchase, move and closing were the transaction from hell. I had to change the pick up time due to a change in closing. J&P attempted to accommodate me but I got a call from the driver while I was waiting at the storage facility at the scheduled time.. that he would be an hour and a half late due to picking up 3rd man. That then put their arrival at the time my closing was scheduled to start. I couldn't be there to oversee the loading.
Everything thereafter obviously ran 1 1/2 hours late, the move not being done till after 5:00 with unpacking still ahead of me.
That said the actual loading and unloading went smoothly. The crew did a good job. I would definitely use J&P again. I mean things couldn't be this screwed up again, could they?
