I sent an email to Lightning and they returned a call on the same day to discuss about my requirement. I was happy and impressed with their active support. I booked their service and they offered me their in-home estimate service but as I am a busy person could not take the opportunity. However the rep was good and went over the list of items that I was moving with and gave me a good moving estimate, which was really a good guess indeed. It was enough to suffice my need. The actual moving price was no more than the estimate, which was another reason that made me happier. I am satisfied with the moving services offered by Lightning.
