Poor Customer Service

This company has very poor customer service. Almost impossible to get a response once the contact was signed. During my selection process I explained when I needed to have my delivery giving a 10 day window. Then was told I should of read the contract as it give them 21 days. I was also told when my items were picked up there would be an additional charge of 625.00 at the time of delivery. It took me 2 emials with no response and 3 phone calls to get this cleared up. Due to the late delivery I was told I would be given a 48 hour notice before delivery as I needed to have someone travel from the CA to FL to accept the delivery. I received only 1 day notice and then they did not make the date. They said they broke down and needed an extra day. I would never use this company again and would due to their poor customer service.
