Contrary to the numerous positive reviews for Low Cost Moving company, here is my disappointing experience with them. I had them pick up my entire furniture and stuff from IL and had it all moved to CA. Though everything was delivered on the agreed date and on time, one entire Large Box full of my electronics went missing. The Box contained my PS3, games, controllers, Beats Ear Phones, Apple TV, an unlocked Iphone4 among other things. In addition to this, my TV table was badly damaged. I filed a claim with the company after waiting patiently through their almost careless emails and phone calls. The Claims department came back with an estimate of $36 for my entire loss which actually amounts to more than $1000. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know despite the fact that they might have given satisfactory service to the rest of the people on this forum. For me though, this was a horrid experience.
