Getting my business was very pleasant and responsive by home office. Getting a pickup and delivering the furniture bordered on ludicrous, ridiculous. Shipment was not properly crated and then was sold to another company to deliver. Shippers changed prices on shipment after all was put on truck or else wouldn't ship after we waited 3 weeks for truck to arrive. Could not give a delivery date and once it arrived in Seattle, the new shipper held the shipment for ransom until a new deal could be made or else they would return the shipment to CA. In process of shipping they broke the legs off a antique piano and handed them to my daughter with the excuse, we were going to glue them back on and didn't have the time. Left without giving the paperwork at the destination which detailed the items delivered or admitting the damage so insurance company would not pay claim since the arriving shipment did not have signature from my representative. Never ship with them if you value what you are sending.
