I booked a MOVING with an estimate of $ 1174.00, I had to moved, I asked Kerry if the price was firm she said yes, for I only moved a bed no mattres, a double dresser and a dining table w/4chairs the rest were boxes. Total items 36.
She held 100.00 dollars that were not charged at pick up, upon arrival the driver said, visual estimate 1500.00 firm, I cried I had no other choice. I gave 1000.00 in check with the balance if 400.00, the driver said check your CC it has not been charged. At that moment. At drop off my card was charged 3 days later, the driver said you owe me 500.00. When told him about the 100.00 charged to the card he said I am the driver deal with the moving company.
After the moving on Jaguar 28th I am still waiting to resolve this issue. So if you do not want a nightmare avoid this company.
