Do not use this company!!! I used them for a long distance move from CT to Illinois, I had so much damage done. My boxes were beaten up and crushed and dishes that were handed down from generation to generation were all broken. They can not be replaced. I had these items wrapped in newspaper, bubble wrap and then also blankets. I was told because I wrapped my own items that it was my fault. I have had teenagers move me before with NO damage what so ever. I had a 75 year old water basin scratched all up and upon entry into my home, my 100 year Hoosier cabinet was broken coming in the door. All I got was an "oops, I am sorry about that". My items were not wrapped in blankets and when I filed a claim, the company said that they were. I was told they would not honor my claim because I did pay for the bubble wrap they wanted to use. I was told to sign the paper work and pay before my items could come off the truck. So the company said that I had put nothing on the paperwork therefore there was nothing that they could do. I am so unhappy, displeased and hurt by all of this. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
