This is by far the worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with. The move started out bad when they didn't call or notify me that they were going to be a day late with the pick up. I was flying out the day they decided to show up so my wife had to deal with the movers. They arrived on Saturday at about 9:00am to our storage unit, started to unload the truck of items from other customers onto the ground so that they could load our stuff. Suddenly they realized that the truck wasn't big enough to fit all of our stuff and the other customers items, so they had to go get another truck. So they left with a partial load of our items and left the other customers items in the rain. My wife and brother in-law were kind enough to cover the other peoples belongings with some plastic the best they could while waiting for the drivers to return. They completed the loading of the truck at 8:00pm that night, 11hrs for a medium 2 bedroom move where everything was already packed in boxes by a professional company prior to them arriving. (it only too 2 other movers 3hrs to load a uhaul when we moved back to Seattle) There were many discussions with Mainline Movers after the pick up of our furniture regarding how nervous we were and that we wanted them to provide full coverage after witnessing them leave personal belonging in the rain without protection. Of course they told us not to worry everything will be fine. Day of delivery - The moving company has arrived with the driver and his helper, no one else to unload the truck! So I decided to help out and get things moving along. Truth be told Jose was a very nice and help full person, they took care not to damage anything while taking it out of the truck and moving it into our new place. What we found out as we were finishing was that my computer, monitor, and miscellaneous kitchen items were missing along with a desk leg. (not something you can use for another desk). I have tried to call Mainline several times without any response. If anyone is missing some items and moved within the following dates Jan. 15th - February 6th please respond and I can see if I have your items, I would like to get them to you as I would hope someone would do the same for me. At this point I will be long into legal council in order to recoup the cost of my belongings and hopefully never have to deal with such a shady company again. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
