Inexperienced Loaders and Damages

During and after the loading process I formerly reported damages as a direct result of the loading crew actions by their failure to appropriately wrap and/or move items for a cross-country move.
The following response was received from the company owner:
.. you are pointing the finger at the wrong people. Customers do not give gratuity unless they saw a professional job in an efficient manner, unfortunately your belongings got damaged in transit but as I clearly stated NO MAN CAN WORK FOR MY COMPANY WITHOUT ATLEAST 5 Years of moving experience.
As for the payout, by Missouri law your entitled to a payout of $30 and that's it. Your claim with the BBB will also go nowhere due to the fact that we were a third party and you signed the DAMAGE WAIVER....
