Everyone spoke nicely, but Liz lied about everything (I was told she was fired). The day of my move,John their agent from All Inclusive Moving & Storage, LLC kept telling me they would be right there. They showed up at 2 pm and he kept stalling and repeating. They used a transporter truck (Budget), extra charge, said I had to pay more for over 75', just kept adding to the bill.
When I got to Florida, I received a call five days later, at 7 pm that my delivery would be the next day (I told them complex needs 24 hr. notice) said they are giving me 24 hr. notice. I called Zeke and he said the same thing. When they did arrive, boxes were smashed, irreplaceable antique dishes/chair broken. Francisco said don't worry you can always put in an claim. He backed talked to our Condo Asn. President's wife, both companies and their employees are banned from our complex.
