Unprofessional. No binding contract, they want money and they want cash as you go through the process. Staff don't speak or write english you can not communicate. Ours stuff was broken, damaged and personal files with questionable identity theft. Salesman Chris disappears once he gets his commission and then you get stipped by the wolves! Your stuff gets taken by different carriers until it reaches its destination, no wonder why your furniture and stuff gets trashed out!
Lack of honesty and integrity. Avoid them as soon as they contact you via phone or internet.
