I initially spoke to Charlie who was friendly and proffesional. He explained the whole process and charges clearly. I researched the company and was satisfied on what I found and the price I was provided. So I chose Move It Forward. I was informed that the truck would be at my residance at 9 am and it was. The driver was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. The guys packed up my things so quickly I was in shock. We went to the weight station and I ended up having less weight that initially quoted and paid $200 less! I have never had sucha fast efficiant move. I was called a week later and told the truck would be deliverying my belongings in a couple of days. My belongings were unloaded (again so quickly and efficiently) and reassembled in my house. The move was exactly how Charlie explained it. I move often and have never had such a smooth move. Thank you to Move It Forward. I will definately use in the future.
