I had to do this move by myself, as my husband is deployed overseas. I was nervous; it was my first time making all the arrangements. I was worried about being taking advantage of, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Moving Cross Country is the best. The customer service I received was excellent, making the move much easier than I thought. The actual cost came in lower than the quote. As I wasn't not taking everything that was on the original binding price and didn't have time to update it with my rep. They were on time, the movers were courteous, and everything was professionally packed and on the way before I knew it. They arrived at my new home a couple days late because of the holidays. I couldn't hold a grudge as they told me that ti would take on average 10 -14 business days to get across country. The movers efficiently unloaded everything and made sure everything was OK before they left. I was overwhelmed by their concern for me and for my husband. I highly recommend this company. (Always mention for the military discount they are more than willing to help out the Veterans or active military members.) I know we will be using them again for our next move.
