Practise ethnic and racial indiscrimination and very illtreat to customer

I am sharing one of the worst experience of my life I ever had with the moving company by name "Moving On Up" (http://www.movingonup.com). Based out of Florida State. Very Unprofessional, bad treatment, very harrassing and shows discrimination of race and ethinicity . The date given to me was two days and on the first day the driver did not show up until 8 PM in the night which was totally unacceptable as the ladies in the sales department/call center of the company Informed me the person will not arrive so late for picking my goods. Driver started calling my mobile at 7.30 PM and wanted to come and when I told him that I have family and kids with newly born and it will be late night by the time packing is done and will be too much hassle for my family and then he started demanding that he will not come tommorrow and my deposit will be forefeited. I finally agreed to let him on for pickup. He was very angry when he reached my apartment and was totally mad and started throwing off the things during packing. We have taken full service and these guys left so many stuff behind and filled up the boxes with half empty. He would use abusive language and if we ask anything he would reply to me that he is the boss of the company and would do as he like if you argue he would leave the place and would unpack all the Items on the road and left It. He packed in the lesser boxes and started demanding the other surcharge ( Like gas expense of 10% of total amount and loading and long distance charges ) which was not told me to earlier by sales person when I asked them multiple times for any unexpected or hidden charges. When I told him that while booking I was given this quote clearly and did not Include this charges then again he started talking false language and Insulting me that he has spent millions of dollars in the business and you guys are cheap fellow and he will do whatever he likes to. If you dont want him to pick up the stuff then he will throw the stuff and put it in storage forever and will not deliver. l was warned by other moving company associates that to check with them if they has any hidden charges or and when I asked moving on up sales Agent ( Phyllis ) about any hidden charges which you will be charging me and I was told that there Isn't any and I only owe as per the binded estimate Invoice but when the driver came It was a different story and he doesn't know how to talk with customer and when I reminded him about his behaviour he always kept replying to me that he is the boss and he can do whatever he likes. He brought different size boxes than mentioned in Invoice did some calculation and reduce the boxes . If you ask that you got the wrong size boxes then he will talk abusing language and will quarrel with you. I reported his behaviour in the office to his boss next day and he supported the driver behaviour and was two times rude to me and started showing me racial/ethnic discrimination by saying words like you Indians are cheap fellows and you want me to pay for your move and I am not earning anything from doing your move and whatever driver is treating you is correct and you should be treated in the same manner as he is from United states nationality which is superior nation. For delivery the driver started calling me before the given date of delivery and will force and harrass me to deliver it and If you tell him that you have alredy given the date when to deliver then his boss will call and will quarrel with you and use abusive language. I have requested for 20th June pickup and 24 June deliver and I got call from driver and company boss on June 21st that they will deliver it next day and I told him that I have not reached the destination yet and I am on my way and then driver started threatening me they he will put the stuff in storage and I need to pick it up by myself. Boss will support driver and If we ask him that why are you putting all extra charges which you did not put in the Invoice on binding estimate which we agreed upon he will reply to you that the sales people doesn't know anything and I have to pay the extra charge and will talk racist language that you are from cheap country and he is from USA and can ask anything. Please be BEWARE of this bunch of people who will rip you off and on the name of full service will not do anything. Driver did not unpack the stuff which he was suppose to do as part of full service. He just throwed all my stuff in the apartment as he like and left. Later on w hen I checked I found lot of links were missing for the parts. Very careless people and very irresponsive and treat their customers like dogs. I would like you guys to take a strict action on this people and try cancelling there license before they harrass other poor people like me.
