Poor service,guidance and knowledge

I had my house items going to 2 addresses. They subcontracted out the local move which is a whole other story. They refused to put some items on the truck saying I didn't "explain" what they were properly and therefore they wouldn't take them. Things arrived bumped and bruised but not broken but there was no recourse or care given. The job cost 3X what I was quoted - that is where the extreme frustration is. I am now hearing this happens all the time BEWARE
