Company relocation from New Mexico to Georgia
Received quote from Frank Bell on Feb 7. Wanted $900.00 up front. Paid 500 and told him I would call back in two weeks to authorize second half of deposit. Did not get my tax return as expected but he debited my account for $426.00 without my authorization making my account overdrawn. My bank paid because I have OD protection. He committed to the movers being there within my window of March 2 or 3rd. My company bought a plane ticket for me based on the dates given to me by Frank.
No movers showed up and Frank Bell refused to answer my calls. My boyfriend called Frank and Frank claimed there must be a mistake and he would call me. Frank Bell never called or answered my emails. I had to get a local mover at the last minute to move my household goods from my apartment to local storage.
Frank Lied and said he was not a broker and that Nationwide owned their own trucks
I filed a dispute with my bank as well as a copy of a police report I filed with the Albuquerque Police department and they are crediting my account for the funds that Frank Bell stole from me.
HE IS A FRAUDULENT BROKER.
