Sales person will give you a great quote but once they have your stuff and there is nothing you can do they will double it and then hold your things hostage and none will call you back. I was quoted 4800 and they adjusted it to 9500- it's been a week and no one will call us back and I have no idea when or if we will ever get our things. They left my house trashed as well. Total scam and trick. Do not fall for the low quote. I am pregnant and stressed from this company beyond belief and sleeping on an air mattress with no one that will call me back and no idea if I will ever get my things on top of getting charged 5,000$$ that I did not plan for. I wish I had gone with the slightly higher quote of 7,000 from another reputable company. I actually would have saved money and definitely saved myself the stress. Most of these good reviews are obviously planted- read more on yelp and you will see consistent patterns of the bad experiences from this company. I wish I had gone on yelp prior.
