Had several bad experience from get go with this company
1. Quote was presented with some understanding on the weight and Sq Feet size. We were also informed that this company operates their own trucks and not a broker firm for other movers. The initial sales talk was really convincing and we decided to go with them
2. On the day of move, a Penske truck arrrived with some prefilled items and the in-charge told that the company truck was in the garage. He informed that things would move on time and nothing to worry about
3. Packing was very professional but the weight/Sq feet doubled the estimated size and we ended with a large bill that we never anticipated
4. We reached NC with the anticipation that the things would arrive in 10-15 days but to our misery the things came on the 45th day and we had lot of struggle getting to talk to someone to find out the status
5. Things arrived in some other company truck but unloading was fast
6. They lost a box of ours which carried some stuff that it is not available in US (bought from India)
7. Again doing several follow-ups with no positive response
I am really really disappointed with the service and wound never go with them again in my life
