Do not use this company - they give the appearance of a Scam group. Thay take deposit - never deliver services.
Pick up was scheduled for Friday AM @ 8:00 - no confirmation call 24 hrs received as promised. A call to them on thursday produced a promise to be on time the next morning and another promise that the driver would call be foe 8 the next morning. The next morning was the day of move-no calls received from anyone - after multiple calls to them, no straight answer could be given - I was put on hold and transferred many times. When someone finally did give info they said pick up woul be by 2pm - at 2 pm they Said by 4 pm - at 6 pm they said it would be the next day at noon- I had people waiting at my place for 10 hours and could not take another day of lies so I cancelled and I am pursuing my deposit through my bank.
They outsourced to a company which would not give surnames, DOT number, supervisor names, or answers. They placed me on hold for 10 to 25 minutes each time I called and I called at least twenty times.
