This company is out of business, contacted Federal Safety Administration, FOIA Freedom of Information Act, they told me the company was placed out of service. As of Jan. 1 2014. Their phone numbers are disconnected. They will not return emails or previous phone calls. They have returned all my claims for additional moving expenses and damages. I filed claims last Nov. 2013, still have not been paid. This company refused to deliver my household goods to my home. I had to drive 2 hours to Lewiston, Id. Port of Entry, rent a U Haul, hire people to help unload & reload a U Haul truck. Incurred additional $700 of expenses plus hours of my time to drive 2 hours each way to bring my belongings to my home. The driver of the Transport Van Lines had no CDL license or log book and was an illegal immigrant from another country. Reported to me by the Port of Entry Officers. Had I not been notified by the Port of Entry this company was planning on sending another driver up to ID. then they were planning to take my belongings back to CA. they had no intentions of ever delivering my goods. The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. My calls were never returned, nor my emails. I was hung up on several times when I did reach someone because they didn't want to tell me the truth about where my household goods were or when they would be delivered. They lied to me, told me their insurance co. would reimburse me but that never happened. I had to spend an additional $700 to pick up my items in another city. I had 17 damaged items and two missing boxes which they took no effort to find. The most horrible nightmare I have ever experienced in my life. It's no wonder they are shut down. This company has ripped off so many people, I have read the same reviews from many, many people who have written in regarding this business. I was given the owners name of this horrible business from the FOIA, told that my only recourse is to take them to small claims court. I have emailed, sent letters to every address I have and all my mail has been returned. I have contacted the Departments of Public transportion, Federal US DOT, Better Business burear, Household Complaints Dept. CA DOT, Federal Saftey Administration spent hours trying to find out who the owner is, how I can be reimbursed, find my missing items. This has been a horrific experience.
