Bait And Switch Company...Run Away!!!!

This company is a classic bait and switch company!! Olga gave me a quote based on 300 cubic feet of space in a truck. She correctly estimated my inventory list to be 250 cubic feet, and told me there is still room on the truck so if I had a few extra items that would be fine. She also told me that the truck would be loaded floor to ceiling. My final inventory was 271 cubic feet, it is very easy to calculate using the chart the company gives you on the back of the receipt. The driver on pick up told my son that the items occupied 480 cubic feet on the truck, which cost an additional $568!! More than 50% more than the original estimate!! When I called to speak to Olga about the mistake, she handed me over to her "manager" Meme. I voiced my very valid concerns to her and she yelled and screamed at me like some low life thug. Nothing she said was logical, she just kept talking nonsense! This is their customer service rep! Volume is volume and the only way to fit 271 cubic feet of anything into 480 cubic feet of space is to spread it out all over the truck and lie about the volume!! Lie after lie began from the time of pick up! I asked for a specific delivery date 2 months before the move and it was fine. After pick up they suddenly couldn't guarantee a delivery date. They expected you to be available 24/7 for 14 business days to accept a delivery!! Who can do that when you hold a legitimate job?? Mo, the dispatcher kept promising us certain delivery dates, and kept changing it. We sat around for hours waiting for the delivery, tried to call the driver and dispatcher, and no one returned calls for hours!! Then suddenly the truck broke down, and wasn't going to arrive until 2-3 days later!! Lie upon lie upon lie!! My husband spoke to Mo as if he was negotiating a hostage situation!! All this company does is yell and lie!! I still don't know what the issue was with the truck, but caused an abundance of stress as my 21 year old son was relocating to NC. They robbed me of my last weekend with him. This company is a total scam, with screaming Meme for customer service!! Meme couldn't manage 1 stall in a public restroom!! This company needs a thorough investigation!! Liars, cheaters, and conniving business!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
