The move crew was fantastic. No damage to apartment or home and very little breakage. This company and crew chief were dishonest. Their claim is unlimited blankets and they will wrap all your furniture at no additional charge, however you have to buy the tape at $5 a roll. Crew chief added long carry charge when not warranted. Crew chief lied about the type and number of boxes that they used. Company was to provide art, TV and mirror boxes. We were charged for these boxes and charged a fee for packing them. On delivery, we discovered that none of the boxes on the list were actually used. Ex: we were charged for a TV box but company used a lined box and just cut it to fit the TV. Charged for a mirror box but mirror was never put in a box, only wrapped in paper. Crew chief placed multiple labels on large artwork and charged for 2 boxes instead of using a single art box. Crew chief noticed a box said art on it that was packed by me, he placed a label on the box and listed it as a box that the company provided and packed. Crew chief purposefully mislabeled small boxes onto the inventory list as large containers. Mattresses were charged as it put in specific mattress bags, however all were only wrapped with shrink wrap, no bags used. Initial binding quote was for 1000 cuft. In home estimators from 2 other companies came up with 1050 cuff. After all items loaded into truck, crew chief came up with 1735 cuft. Again, workers were polite and professional and took very good care of items.
