They are an outright scam and I had t report them to the BBB and the Department of Transportation. I called Planet based on their reviews - and spoke to a Mike Mente who provided me with a quote. When I asked him to send something through e-mail - it took 2 days and he kept telling me that their "servers were down." I finally got an e-mail after several calls and it was from a "trusted moving and storage." MIke told me that it was an "affiliate company." I should have seen this as a red flag - but he was very convincing. He took my credit card for a deposit - and then after about 3 days - all of the phone numbers they provided (for Planet and Trusted) were disconnected. All of the reviews that you see on line were done by them. Serious Scam
