I'm not saying these people are necessarily criminals, but they are at least criminally incompetent. Their shirt logo says "On Time, On budget." Which is HILARIOUS. My "estimate" was off by roughly a thousand dollars, and though they assured me I'd get my delivery on Thursday (4 days after pick-up), I didn't receive everything until Wednesday of the following week (9 days after pick-up). Things they destroyed or damaged: granite table top (shattered), lampshade (crushed), 2 stacking shelves (broken), coffee table (gouged), night table (leg snapped off), box of sweaters (missing). The individual movers I worked with and the woman working the phones were all perfectly nice, but the company is a systemic disaster. Do NOT use them.
