DO NOT use these movers as they are dishonest with a lack of appropriate moving knowledge. They increased our quote by &800 right before they sent us the paperwork via email for us to sign and return. They picked our items 2 days earlier than the pick up window and delivered it 30 days later than what we were told. We called at least 3 times a week as we were promised each week that our items would be delivered that weekend but, that did not happen and they failed to call us to let us know that our items would not be delivered as promised. Our delivery guy was extrememly rude and kept complaining; he asked us for a tip right after he was done assembling saying that he had to pay the guy he had brought along with him to help. Items that were damaged: >Our flat screen TV has a scratch now. >Our TV stand came bent and we mentioned it to the delivery person while he was assembling it and he refused to agree. >They broke the frames in our couch and loveseat such that we had to buy new furniture within a week of delivery. >Each time we turn on our bedroom TV we have a distorted image (a thin white horizontal line) and we have to either shake the TV or hit the side to get full image. Sometimes, that has a be done 3-4 times to retain the full image screen. >I had 2 bottles of oil and they just placed the oil bottles in a box along with our dinnerware and spices. The guy placed the box upside down after delivery; it was probably like that during the entire duration of our delivery process. The oil bottles leaked and there was oil everywhere in the box such that I had to wash all my dinnerware. Since the box was upside down, the weight of the dishes broke all my spice boxes and the spices leaked everywhere in the box along with the flour which was in a sealed container. I had to throw all of it out. >Our smaller things such as shoe racks, dining chairs' bottom, and etc. also came broken. My husband called the number given by Nick as the claim department number but, when he called, the person on the line informed him that he had the wrong number. So, we searched online and found the number and called the Claim department and they sent me a long claim form asking that I submit our original receipts for the items damaged along with pictures and a repair estimate by a repairman among other things. After which, someone from the claim department would come and inspect the damage and give a "ruling" accordingly. We do not keep our purchase receipts after the item warranty is up and we did not want to call an additional person to come and give a repair estimate. We should not have to call a repairman to get a repair estimate; this has to be done by the moving company. Needless to say, we did not submit our claim form and paid to fix or replace the damaged goods out of our pocket. This company is unethical and its employees incredibly rude; I do not understand why they are still in business!
