I was thoroughly please with Prisma Cargo Solutions throughout the entire process!! The origin contacting agent was extremely helpful and accurately judged my moving needs with an in-home visit. He was also very friendly and made calls to check on the progress of the move. Origin: Islip, NY.
The driver was also very helpful, friendly, and extremely respective of my items. He and his partner wrapped everything with care.
The items got to my destination ahead of me (how often does that happen?) and arrangements were made for delivery on my time. They were very accommodating on my time schedule with my new place, with no additional charges or hassles.
On delivery day, NO ITEM WAS DAMAGED AT ALL! It was the same driver and a different assistant. Again, very courtesous, friendly, and respective of my items and place.
Their pricing for a binding estimate was actually less than other companies' offers: yet, I got so much more - in-home packing for special items, binding weight estimate (no matter how much I went over that original value), and service.
Last point, I actually got a check for the difference between my estimated and actual weight. That never happens!
They are the only moving company I would ever use again and would recommend them highly to my friends, family, and strangers. In fact, I already have recommended them to other moving families. I was referred by a family member.
