The service provided by the sales staff from R and C was upto the point and fast. I felt like they understood my needs to get this move over with and worked with me to accommodate all issues. It was when I called in and they were able to fit in my move with less than a weeks notice which I really appreciated!! I had a specific date I wanted to move all my belongings out of storage and into my new apartment and they were able to hit that date so I didn't have to pay for any more storage than I already had! .The two men and the truck arrived at my storage unit and were kind, responsive and funny. I appreciated their sense of humor and also their work ethic. After the initial papers that needed to be signed I lead them up to my storage unit and they got to work.
