My horrible experience with this company!

I hired this brokerage via the Internet to move all my belogings. They are a brokerage only and hire out the trucks. Once they got my money it went terribly bad. I was told my customer service rep Jason quit the company and after that it was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone there. My stuff was picked up in an unmarked truck a day late and at midnight. Very scary!! They said the truck scales were closed so they couldn't weigh it. Said I was over my original quote and I had to pay them more..In cash. After that I didn't see my stuff for 7 months. It changed trucks and storage units a few times. Even had somebody contact me by the name of Simon in Los Angeles and said he had my stuff and wanted money for storage. When I asked for photos of my stuff he couldn't come through because he didn't have it. My mental health health suffered from all this. After much detective work, lots more money then my original quote and help from my family I was able to.locate it and hire a better company to get it back to me. Lots was lost/stolen and damaged but I feel fortunate to have gotten back what I did.
