The staff was professional and knowledgeable. They took time to care for my items and explained each step of the process. The salesperson, Joseph, explained to me and my wife everything in details. No damages or lost things. The estimate was exactly the amount that was told to us. I appreciate the courtesy that was extended to me and the professionalism.
