I mean, packing, loading- unloading, scale, payment, all charges... etc. This was really good for me because i could manage my budget perfectly. The best part was the last part in Calgary. Because i needed storage for 6 weeks and they kept all my shipment free in their warehouse. And re-delivery after 6 weeks was free :) They give very very good service and they are professional and honest. I am used to move a lot and i absolutely recommend this company. Henry
