I was skeptical about choosing a moving company as I had a bad experience with a prior move. I received a quote from various companies and Rhino was the best in price as well as customer service. Since I was skeptical, I requested that all the details (stairs, distance, packing, delivery date, etc) was all in writing in my quote. They had no problems and put my request in word for word giving me piece of mind before the move. When the movers arrived on the day to pack, they were speedy yet careful and I watched them diligently pack up my things without any issue. They were fun, friendly and polite. When my things arrived to California, the delivery was scheduled as promised, with all my items intact. The gentleman who moved everything in were efficient and careful with my things. Throughout my experience, Michelle and Yoel were always there to answer any questions via email even if it was past working hours. I highly recommend Rhino as they delivered what they promised. I am happy to say I had an excellent experience with this moving company.
