The customer service rep I was dealing with was rude and cursed at me, the new customer rep fought for me to get a discount and they had the nerve to say 50 bucks. That''''s a mail and rebate for a phone not someone who is spending close to 3,000 dollars to be moved. This disrespect shows me this company cares little about their customers. I serve in the Armed Forces and this lack of respect shows how much they really appreciate the ones who sacrifice so much for this country. Absolutely the worse experience that I have encountered and if I had to I would not recommend this company to anyone.
