Poor phone customer service

Really unprofessional phone service. Late. Tried to cancel but was told not possible. Just needed them to unload a few furniture but was told 3 hour minimum (for 1 hour work) and that we were getting a good deal already. When tried to cancel was told it was uncancellable even though no contract and was called names like "evil" among other things. When arrived, much later than promised. Please look and compare before using.
