I was initially quoted that my move would cost $1700. They said that they charge by space in the truck. I should have known that was not a good idea and gone with a company that charges by weight. I think weight is the typical standard. The packers were late. They measured the amount of space my goods took up in the truck and my move cost went up to $6900. Too late at this point to do anything. Rebecca was my POC but everytime I called her she was either rude with me or gave me false information. When my household goods were delivered I found out that they had done a terrible pakcing job. I'm lucky that I didn't have more damage than I had. Then to make it all worse they keep charging my credit card for the same amount over and over again. It's obviously a computer error on their end but they won't fix it and I've been working with my credit card company to get it resolved. Over all the whole experience has been a nightmare.
