I had a 9 AM move scheduled for July 6th. The condo only has the gates open for a limited amount of time. At 9:20 no movers, no phone call. I called them, they said they'd call me back after they checked on the movers. I had to call back, was put on hold numerous times. Finally she cancelled the move because the truck broke. She was unapologetic that now I had to scramble to find other movers on one of the busiest weekends of the year. Stay away.
