If I could give them no stars I would. I used them to move and i wish i did not. It was a complete disaster. I'll start from the beginning. I was quoted $1250 with them picking up my things and delivering it 7 days later. I was informed that they would be able to deliver on the day that i needed. I was also informed by "Amos" that only my belongings would be on the truck and it would leave my house and drive street to my new one. They came and loaded the truck. When they were finished they then informed me that the quote they gave me would be invalid and that i would have to pay them more. With no choice, as i was driving across country the next day, so i just told them to take it. Well, thats were it all went down hill. They decided to not ship my belongings. for a week. Ya, thats right. I needed my things on the 3rd and i did not get them till the 11th. Hmmm.. I'm sure glad i wasn't planning on needing them for that long. Anyways, As i was almost halfway they called me to inform me that my price was no longer $1250 but $4400. WOW What a jump. They said that "If I didn't like it i could drive there and get my belongings." Then when I told my father-in-law what was going on he called to see what their quoting policy was. The manager "Ben" told him that he would only talk to customers and if he he called again he would call his lawyer and press charges. I guess customer service means nothings. Then, once I got to my new house I was was told that my things would be there in a few days. I called the next day and the truck was still there with my stuff. And even once the truck left, "Ben" could tell me where the truck was. How nice. Well, the time finally came for them to deliver. The truck showed up along with the helper to unloaded it. The helper was drunk!!!!! NO WAY!!!!! And Every piece of my furniture has a dent, or chunk in it. And wait it gets better. They stole from me!!! Yep, as in they took from me. They took parts off my bikes and took things from in boxes. When I called to question the manager "Ben" he told me that those things weren't on the inventory so they couldn't have stolen them. Who lists bike tires and tire pumps on the inventory? I guess if something has a screw in it you need to list it on the inventory. And their website says that they are registered with the Better Business Bureau, and they aren't I checked. And they aren't registered with any moving organizations. I checked. SO ya, I hope this will help someone save money and a lot of problems. If you have any questions please ask!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!
