I was given the quote of $2500 based on weight. The mover was supposed to weigh in before they picked up and then once my stuff was on the truck. This never happened. The mover waited until the entire household was loaded on the truck and then extorted more money from my wife while refusing to put everything back in the house. We made the check payable to transnational, not to the sub-contractor. The sub cashed the check that wasn't made out to them and transnational will do nothing to help in this matter. They have disconnected their number. This is a SCAM. Transnational and U.S. Moving services is in this together. DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANY. All items we damaged upon delivery and the bed mattress was taken out of the plastic and walked on and left with uncleanable dirty boot prints.
