BEWARE! Misleading bids, rough handling of household items, mega damage.
Actual rating would be zero stars, but this system wouldn't let me do that.
$5000 for a local move. Other bids ranged from $2999 to $3600. I've tried to recover some of this money, but the owner has refused to look at the original problem, which is that I hired them based on a bid that read in bold print, "Total Estimated Charges: $1732".
His solution: confiscate the tip from his workers ($360), find some minor hourly discrepancies ($176), and "split" the damages ($200) and refund those, totally ignoring that I would never have hired him if his bid had been clear. Thus I'm out anywhere from $1400 to $2000 difference between his charges and those of the other bidders.
Save a lot of money, hire Galt or Paul Arpin, my other bidders. They couldn't possibly have done as much damage as these folks did nor would the cost come close.
My opinion: WORST MOVERS EVER and I've worked with 6 others over time. Should have hired one of them again!
