Still fighting a 250$ bubble wrap charge after i was told that i could use my own and the movers refused to use it. Couch was wrapped poorly and being a white couch I now have 2 black dirty marks and a rip on the cornor of it. DO NOT USE THEM!! I AM TO THE POINT OF FED UP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND READY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT! ALMOST A MONTH LATER AND STILL NOTHING ON MY ISSUES!
