DO NOT USE UNITED VAN LINES, they hold your household goods hostage. They come to your home provide an estimate. They pack your goods; then, the day before delivery they send you a bill that is more than 20% more than their estimate. To make matters worse, they then inform you that if you do not pay the higher amount your goods will be put in storage and you will then have to pay the higher amount plus storage fees. I encourage all readers to use any other moving company and DO NOT USE UNITED VAN LINES!!!! United Van LInes utilizes bait 'n switch and hostage tactics when you are at a vulnerable time in your life.
