I was so pleased to see online that Unity is out of business. I am surprised that they are not in prison for all they do which is unethical and immoral. This makes my day to see that they are gone and nobody else can be harmed by their "moving disability."
We did a move from VA to the UK in 2010 with them. We opened a rusty container which had water in it and seeing that my mattresses were soaked with saltwater on the bottom and that MANY of our boxes and items were ruined. This company smashed our wedding china and packed boxes up without any regard to the contents. Their customer service agents were RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND IGNORANT.
I am pleased to see they are gone and I hope nobody else will be scammed the way we were.
