The sales representative was very helpful. However, I am very dissatisfied
with the additional charge they put $300 for long carry because they couldn't
get 18 wheel semi truck in apt community. 18 wheel semi truck is too big and
cannot enter 80% of apt communities. So if you booking with them, be sure to pay
extra $200-$400 for long carry or arranging delivery in small truck at
destination. The boxes did not came in good condition. I saw the delivery guy
delivering the dining table glass top box with additional 2 heavy weight boxes
on it on dolly. I wouldn't book them and wouldn't suggest anyone. I would rather
pay correct charge upfront and be relaxed rather than thinking how much
additional they will cost you at destination (and belive me you do not have
option at destination than to pay and take ur stuff). There was lack of
communication on status of delivery date. I just give full points to their sales
representative who was very kind to my requests.
